The Terre des hommes International Federation reports on the second session of the Working Group on an Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The purpose was to advance in the drafting of a third Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, that will allow children and their representatives to submit individual communications to the Committee on the Rights of the Child in case of non-respect of their rights by States having ratified this Protocol.
