This report sheds light on the nature and extent of trafficking of men in the Europe and Eurasia region. Men migrate in large numbers, and more and more studies indicate that many of these men are being exploited to a degree heretofore unrecognized. This paper details who is trafficked and how they are trafficked as well as issues related to meeting the needs of trafficked men and targeting prevention at men. It is expected that the paper will stimulate dialogue and offer guidance which can help to develop strong programs that address the needs of men who are vulnerable to trafficking or who have been trafficked and measurably improve their lives.
