ICMPD is pleased to share with you the “Handbook on Anti-Trafficking Data Collection in South-Eastern Europe: Developing Regional Criteria”which has recently been published in the framework of the “Programme for the Enhancement of Anti-trafficking Responses in South Eastern Europe: Data Collection and Information Management (DCIM) Phase 2 on Data Processing, Maintenance and Analysis”funded by the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and implemented by ICMPD  in partnership with the Office of the Dutch National Rapporteur on Trafficking in Human Beings, Europol, the IOM, the Migration, Asylum, Refugees Regional Initiative (MARRI), and the Southeast European Cooperative Initiative (SECI Center).

This is the second edition of the Handbook published in the course of the first phase of the DCIM project and contains a list of updated indicators for the collection of data on trafficking in human beings, which have been developed in cooperation with governmental partners from the South-Eastern Europe and in consultation with international experts and representatives of international andnon-governmental organizations. We hope that you will find the Handbook a useful tool for your work and that it could contribute to current and future anti-trafficking policy responses.

The handbook resulting from the project is now ready and available for download here (pdf, 1,8 MB).
