UK: Child traffickers target capital - hundreds forced into domestic slavery and crime every year

'London Evening Standard' reports that the London Safeguarding Children Board is issuing guidance to councils, police and health workers to help them identify victims that have so far remained 'invisible'. A successful pilot program helped rescue 56 children. The guidance also warns authorities that after identifying children as victims, they only have a 'golden hour' before they disappear.
